FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• How much can I expect to save?: On average we offer high-end merchandise at wholesale or half of wholesale to our customers.
• How does the design service work? We have in house designers that will help you customize your ideal space and furniture selections. The intial consulatation to your home is complimentary.
• How do I place special orders?: After you have decided on the item you will be asked to put a 50% deposit on the piece. Once we have recieved the item at our store and it is ready to be delivered you are required to complete the transaction.
• How does delivery work?: The cost will vary depending on the size of the merchandise and the difficulty of delivering the item in the space. If the delivery is in Wilmington the total cost will be $40. Areas outside of Wilmington will vary depending on distance. The total cost of your purchase may wave the delivery fee. *Items of large scale and delivery obstacles may increase delivery charge.*
• Out of State Shipping: Allow four weeks for deliveries east of the Mississippi. We have a four to six week time frame for any areas west of the Mississippi. The delivery fee is approximately twelve to fifteen percent of the total purchase price. Worth Transportation is our delivery company of choice. Worth will contact the customer directly after we have shipped to them. They will inform the customer of the time and the cost of delivery.
